Course Overview
What does it mean to manage credit risk responsibly? In this course we take the statements about responsible banking and transform them from theory to practice. We use practical examples to understand what constitutes a high-quality assessment and go beyond financial analysis. However, we don’t stop at the moment the loan is disbursed: we analyse the post-disbursement process as the start of long-term cooperation with the client, which requires various elements of follow-up and customer care to ensure mutual success.
