Leading Transformation in the Age of AI: From Mindset to Execution

This four‑module programme is designed for managers who want not only to understand transformation but who are expected to make it happen at ProCredit. Participants work on real challenges from their own context and develop solutions from initial idea to execution. The programme begins with identifying relevant problems using user-centric methods and testing assumptions. It then builds judgment in areas such as AI, automation, risk, and ethics within a regulated banking environment. In the third module, participants gain hands-on experience with digital tools to improve processes and productivity. The final module focuses on execution, including prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, and managing change under real constraints. By the end, each participant delivers a concrete initiative, a clear execution plan, measurable success criteria, and the leadership capability to implement change effectively.

The English Language Programme

The English Language Programme at the ProCredit Academy enhances employees’ professional skills and global communication abilities. The courses align with the standards of the European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which provides a comprehensive structure for language learning and assessment and ensures that our courses meet internationally recognised benchmarks. The courses offered as part of the English Language Programme prepare our staff for the Banker Academy and address any language proficiency gaps. With courses held in person, online, and in a hybrid format, the curriculum is flexible and convenient to meet diverse learning needs of our staff. This programme is open to all staff, especially those at intermediate (B1) and upper intermediate (B2) levels.

Advanced Workshops

In addition to the Banker and Management programmes, we offer a diverse range of advanced workshops, such as Marketing Strategies in Banking, Advanced Management Techniques, Risk Regulation and Compliance, Contemporary Politics in Finance, and Economic Developments in Global Markets. These workshops are tailored to address specific needs and emerging trends within the banking industry and to provide employees, mostly ProCredit Academy alumni, with the flexibility to explore additional topics and to ensure they stay ahead in a dynamic business environment.
