What is marketing? What is the marketing planning process, customer centricity, positioning and branding? How we approach it is based on the belief that marketing is much less connected to publicity and communications than we usually believe and is much better understood as a part of strategy. We will analyse case studies and real-life examples  before building marketing strategies and implementation plans for ProCredit.
