The focus of the first module is on reflecting on the participants’ leadership personality. Participants will become familiar with communication models aimed at goal- and result-oriented leadership and apply these in practice. We provide clarity regarding the role of a manager and the associated areas of responsibility, which are adapted by the participants to their individual situations. This sustainable personal self-assessment is complemented by guided self-analysis, practical examples, and feedback from fellow participants, enabling the identification of individual development areas that participants can work on throughout the entire programme.
