Course Overview

The second module focuses on the individual employee and the bilateral leadership relationship. In this module, we introduce models for employee analysis and tools for situational leadership. We highlight fundamental differences in approaches to various leadership conversations, which participants can integrate into their management practices through exercises, reflecting on and optimising these based on practical examples. Participants develop role-appropriate alternatives to their personal preferences and apply them to specific leadership situations. Additionally, the module explores the opportunities and limitations of leadership in the context of employee motivation, supported by practical applications. Foundational considerations regarding conflict management further complement the module.
