In this course we focus on a strategic understanding of the ability of a company to create value through the process and system design, analysis and implementation across its operations. General features of process and collaboration are covered as well as modern forms of designing operations such as LEAN or Six Sigma. Participants will become aware of the strategic importance of processes in the productivity and management of any operation.
