This course embodies the group’s focus on impact and aligns with the strategic priorities of our society, management and shareholders. We explore two key themes in depth: first, decarbonisation and our proactive engagement with clients on their net-zero journey; and second, diversity and inclusion in banking, with a particular focus on women’s empowerment and the financial inclusion of marginalised groups. We emphasise the importance of collaborative efforts, and explore the role of financial institutions in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We aim to leave participants with a strategic vision for their future work as leaders, ensuring they are well equipped to drive impactful change.
