Working for a bank that is a highly regulated entity as well as being on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange imposes certain requirements for establishing a solid corporate governance. Despite the fact that most employees are in one way or another direct actors in the corporate governance organisation in most cases, not everybody is always aware why certain processes and the organisation are established in a particular way. This course is designed to provide participants with a better understanding of the concept of corporate governance, including who the major players are, why and who is doing what, and through actual documents, such as OECD or EBA guidelines, to understand the concept and later be able to measure and compare the level of corporate governance at ProCredit Bank.
