Organisations (such as banks) but also individuals do not act in a void. Political and social developments like populism, migration and inequality need to be explored in their complexity if we are to position ourselves as actors in modern society. Instead of simple answers and dogmatic explanations, we will engage in critical dialogue to gain a deeper understanding of ongoing transformations while supporting each participant to develop their own answers and positions in relation to those challenges.
