Course Overview
Dealing with staff in ProCredit goes far beyond the operational administration of people. In this workshop, we analyse ProCredit’s HR strategy, compare it to rivaling models, and focus on the implications this strategy has for any manager in ProCredit. Reviewing case studies from other successful organisations helps us isolate the success factors in HR management and why ProCredit has been that successful in developing people. The meaning of a value-based corporate culture and the ethical dimension of dealing with people is a key responsibility for our future managers, who will understand that all managers are HR managers.
