What is retail? What are the principles that guide retail businesses and banks, and why is ProCredit strengthening its position in this market? In this course, we explore retail from the perspective of customers, products, resources, and sustainability. We analyse the different strategies of successful retail banks before looking at ProCredit itself. Finally, participants will learn how to develop an acquisition strategy for ProCredit in its different markets and critically assess the proposals of their colleagues.
