ProCredit Academy hosted its graduation ceremony to celebrate the achievements of the 35 participants who successfully completed the esteemed Management Academy training programme. The ceremony brought together graduates, instructors and senior managers for an inspiring evening of recognition, reflection and celebration.

Management Speeches Highlight the Importance of Purpose-Driven Leadership

The event opened with a speech from Mr. Pablo Groeger, Managing Director of the ProCredit Academy, who praised the graduates for their dedication and development: “You have learnt many things; one is that there are not two worlds. There is not a world of business and the rest of the world. There is only one world and what we do in business must not be separated from questions about our future, how we live together and what it really means to be successful. You are now more capable of choosing who you want to be and how you want to act, which is part of being a professional manager.”

Mr. Christoph Beeck, member of the Management Board of ProCredit Holding, congratulated the graduates, saying: “Today, we are not only celebrating you, but also the beginning of an exciting chapter. At the Academy, you have not only gained knowledge in various subjects, but more importantly, you have further developed your personal, leadership and management competencies.” He added, “This is a significant moment for us as a group that represents a unique, positive and encouraging culture in the societies and countries in which we operate. You are the ambassadors of our culture and you have a responsibility to disseminate it among your colleagues and clients.”

From the teaching team, Dr. Felix Eickelbeck reflected on the transformative journey the graduates had undertaken and highlighted the connections and commitment they showed along the way.

Graduates Reflect on a Transformative Learning Experience

Speaking on behalf of their respective groups, Ms. Elena Pavelco and Mr. Beka Khutuashvili expressed their appreciation and shared personal reflections. “The ProCredit Academy brought us together and created a unique world with its own culture,” Ms. Pavelco observed. Mr. Khutuashvili added, “The development that I have undergone here is immense in personal and professional terms.”

After the distribution of certificates, the guests enjoyed a champagne apéritif followed by a festive dinner and music.
